"UPDATE I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE I'M LOCAL PASTOR, After posting my initial review, Bradford O'Neil became hostile and using retaliation actions, and trying have my claim mishandle after post “attached is proof” I urge people that are African-American. PLEASE do not do business with none of his offices and LEAVE NOW find new agent office. After my post Mr. O'Neil denied long-term North City policyholder (see attached photo). I emailed him respectful his response was VERY defensive, and disrespectful. I was shocked . I kept my focus on moving forward and resolving the issue The difference between the (public response) and the private - Initial private communication lacked any apology, acknowledgment, or professionalism. I was SHOCKED by "NEW" response referencing diversity, and offering what appeared to be an half apology. "NONE" of his direct communication, No direct call, or acknowledgment of my experience was ever provided in private communication - Displayed behavior that could reasonably be perceived as retaliatory after a negative review was posted. His email Response Behavior: - Tone was defensive and focused on personal reputation - My concerns were dismissed as “baseless and out of order” - Included personal remarks such as “you should be ashamed” Failed to show empathy or concern for an elderly (80-year-old) policyholder dealing with serious home issues. - Refused to provide guidance or direction, even at a basic help during an active claim situation. - Explicitly stated he had “nothing more to communicate,” cutting off any opportunity for resolution creating a complete communication barrier. - Instructed his staff to cease all communication with me and my father, to seem as if i was being "hostile black man" - No attempt at direct engagement despite opportunity - Refusal to continue communication as retaliation for speaking out about my experience “attached is proof” Same pattern from tornado 2025 Claim slow to no help, Claim was filed on March 9th 2026 for a major sewage backup. 18 days later sewage still in the house on March 26th, I informed Griffin we needed HELP "by Phone" to clear debris from the backyard caused by the May 16th 2025 tornado—damage when claims stop responding in July 2025, — in order to complete the underground plumbing, I followed up by text on March 27th (see attached photos). By April 6, 10 days later no call, no update noting, posted my review retaliation his refusal to help was based on personal offense rather than the needs of the policyholder His attempt to paint me as hostile black man to others to cover up his hateful emails, (it failed I record ALL CALLS to his office), I will upload them to YouTube, As proof I WAS NEVER RUDE OR SAID NO HATE MESS , My Great grandmother was white most my family biracial,. My experience with State Farm and agent Bradford O’Neil has been unacceptable. My 80-year-old parent paid premiums on time for years—never missed a payment—and was paying for coverage he couldn’t even use when it mattered. When a tornado hit, the claim was underpaid EVERYTHING and never finished ignoring invoices, leaving debris in the yard we couldn’t afford to clear. Then our sewer lateral—damaged from that same tornado—was denied, even though we had additional coverage for that. Because the first claim wasn’t handled properly, we can’t even move forward with repairs. Now he’s sitting in a home dealing with sewage—literally smelling sewage WEEKS —while this office delays with no urgency, no real help, and no solutions. Most sad part after the tornado, not a single person from Bradford O’Neil’s office checked on my family. My parent wasn’t even aware of his rights, and was taken advantage of. At this point, it feels like this office is more focused on avoiding payouts than helping the people they insure. Based on conversations in my community, I also have concerns about whether African-American policyholders are being treated fairly with Bradford O’Neil. I can only speak for my experience, but the pattern raises serious questions."

"Griffin at this office explains everything clearly and does a great job with answering all my questions. He is cordial and professional and makes sure that he is able to help with any insurance inquiries. "State Farm as a company needs to make some improvements but my 5 star review is not about the company itself. I filed a claim last year May 2025 and I have been given the runaround and it has been a complete nightmare until Marion and JC stepped in to help. They both truly moved mountains for me with my claim. I felt like they truly took the time to care and listen and I am so grateful that they did! They both deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service. Thank you guys!"

"I recently worked with Account Manager AG (using initials out of respect and privacy) at Bradford O'Neil State Farm to get quotes for auto and home insurance. We spent over 45 minutes discussing all the details, and I was ready to move forward. Unfortunately, AG realized days later that my spouse had not been included in the home insurance quote, despite my providing this information during our initial discussion. This oversight significantly impacted the premium and our decision. The mistake wasn't discovered until I followed up and questioned the coverage amounts. AG was not transparent about this oversight until I pressed the issue further. While AG was courteous throughout our interaction, this mistake and lack of transparency showed a lack of attention to detail, making me uncomfortable with continuing with this agency. Given this experience, I am concerned about the transparency, accuracy and reliability of their services. Therefore, I will be looking at other State Farm or insurance agencies in St. Louis and cannot recommend Bradford O'Neil State Farm based on my experience."

"Hayden was literally a lifesaver, in all my years of dealing with insurance companies setting up my policies. Today was the easiest thing I’ve ever done.
